Is everything on the website in stock?
We stock most all items.  All items in stock will ship within 3 business days.  If we are out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of the expected ship time.

How do I find out my order status?
You can check your order status by calling us toll free at 877-978-0400.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only pay sales tax if you live in the state of Utah. It will be added to your total upon checkout.

When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card does not get charged until the merchandise ships. However, when placing an order we do verify that you have sufficient funds and will place a hold on these funds. Once the merchandise ships, we will physically transfer the funds from your account to ours.

Do you have a store?
Yes, we have a 26,000 square foot superstore in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Look for new store openings in early 2008 in Ogden, Utah; Pocatello, Idaho; and, Idaho Falls, Idaho.

 

How will my order ship?
Most items will ship UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service.  Items marked as freight will be shipped through the best freight carrier available.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Prior to an order shipping you can change or cancel an order by calling us toll free at 1-877-978-0400.  Cancelled orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned.  In this case, please refer to the question below dealing with our return policy.
Refused Shipments
In the event that a shipment is refused, no credit will be given for shipping charges.

What is the return policy?
In the event that an item must be returned, shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping charges.  Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable “as new” condition.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package.  To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us toll free at 1-877-978-0400.  Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable “as new” condition. 
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days from time of shipment you may return it for an exchange.  In this case, please contact us toll free at 1-877-978-0400 for a return shipping label.  After 30 days, the item falls under the manufacturers warranty and you must contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement.  Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you.  We reserve the right to determine if an item is defective or not.  Any item deemed non-defective will be charged for shipping both ways.

Do we offer volume pricing for large orders?
Please contact us toll free at 1-877-978-0400 to discuss volume pricing for large orders.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Most all of the time, yes. However, we cannot guarantee the item will be exactly the same since changes in packaging or some item features has been known to occur without proper notification from the manufacturers. Use the pictures as a general guideline. We strive to make sure all pictures are accurate, but it is a never ending battle. Please contact us toll free at 1-877-978-0400 with any specific concerns.

Is it safe to order over the internet?
It is perfectly safe to order from our website. We use 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption to insure the safety of your information and credit card numbers. We do not store your credit card information! When you place an order, the information is sent directly to the payment processor over the Secure Socket Layer. It never gets stored on our system. Hence, sometimes we will have to ask for your credit card information again because of this policy.

Can I order by phone or fax?
Yes. Fax orders can be sent to 1-801-887-7494. Phone orders are taken toll free at 1-877-978-0400 or at 1-801-978-0400. We are open 8 AM – 7 PM MST, Monday through Saturday from April 1st to September 30th. We are open 8 AM – 6 PM MST, Monday through Saturday from October 1st to March 31st.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Money Order. If you wish to send a money order, add the items you wish to purchase to the cart, then print a paper copy of the cart. Enclose a copy of the cart and include the money order for the total amount and mail to:

Do you honor E-bay prices ?
No, we do not. E-bay prices are strictly for our E-bay store and auctions.
